Application Process

Step 1: Initial Screening

  • Submission of CV and requirements
  • Identifying qualifications

Step 2: Second interview(Video)

You will be invited to attend a video interview to ascertain the following

  • To discover your work experience and personality
  • To check your qualifications and readiness for the role

Step 3: Final Interview(Video)

You will be invited to attend a video interview to ascertain the following

  • Readiness for the role
  • Summarize your information and personal details

Step 4: Test

You will take the following tests

  • A mock Uk theory test
  • Mock video clip test
  • Actual driving test
  • Care certification course

You will provide a link to complete these tests.

Step 5: Offer

  • Once you passed all the interviews and tests the company will be extending you an offer letter
  • Once the offer letter has been accepted, a Final Settlement of payment will be required to process your COS allocation.

Step 6:  Relocation

Outside the UK- Once Your license has been issued, you need to book your flight within seven days from the day your visa has been granted

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

  • Good English – Written & Verbal
  • Can build rapport with service users by establishing personal connections and showing interest in their lives.
  • Skills to inform colleagues, management and professionals about the needs of the Service Users

PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS

  • Able to adapt and address situations quickly
  • Plan, develop, implement and assess approaches to promote health and well-being, whilst recognizing and reposting situations where there might be a need for protection.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience working in a similar environment
  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • Experience working with Service Users in particular those that may need additional support

DRIVING SKILLS

  • Can confidently drive with no problem
  • Has been driving for more than I year
  • Has an existing driving license
  • Has a good understanding of UK roads and traffic signs

Terms and Conditions

LOCATION OF WORK

  • Site of Employment- You will not be required to work outside the United Kingdom

Contract

DURATION

  • 3 years commencing from Employee’s departure from the point Of origin to the site of employment.

JOB ROLE

  • Senior Healthcare Assistant

SALARY PER ANNUM

(Based on weekly hours over 6 days a week)

  • 48 Hours- £25,334.4
  • 45 Hours- £23,751
  • 40 Hours- £21,112

Pay

OVERTIME PAY

  • For work over regular working hours. As per UK’s Labor Laws
  • For work on designated rest days and holidays. As per UK Labor Law
  • As per Labor Laws of as per UK Labor Law

LEAVE WITH A FULL PACK

  • Vacation will be full pay
  • Sick leave will be SSP only

Others

TRANSPORTATION

  • Transportation to be scheduled by the Employee to the site of employment and in the following cases, return transportation to the port of origin

ACCOMMODATION

  • Accommodation must be sorted and cost shouldered by the employee and any issues relating to accommodation is purely the employee’s and landlord’s responsibility. (The company may help in looking for a place to stay).

Vehicle

FINANCED BY EMPLOYEE

  • You should shoulder the cost of your vehicle and its insurance. You need to look for a suitable vehicle before the commencement of your employment

FINANCING OPTION

  • A third-party company may help you finance your vehicle and payment will be paid in instalments through a salary deduction
  • Fleet insurance- While the vehicle is not yet fully paid, its insurance will be under the company’s fleet insurance which will be deducted from your monthly salary.
